Return & Exchange Policy

At EternalDeen, every piece is inspected before it ships. Our policy applies only to the situations below:

  • You received a defective item

  • You received an incorrect item

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or defective product, email us at eternaldeen.store@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the issue and a short description. We will review and advise next steps.

Returns and exchanges depend on stock availability.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund of the product value as store credit or to your original payment method.
Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Not Considered Defects

  • Ordered the wrong size or the fit is not as expected

  • Minor measurement differences (1 to 2cm) from the size chart

  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Small shifts in print placement between pieces

  • Minor silkscreen artifacts such as tiny gaps or missed dots due to the hand-pulled process

  • Loose or excess threads from cut-and-sew production that do not affect wear; you may trim them carefully

  • Items intentionally damaged to qualify for a return

  • Items that became damaged after washing, ironing, or handling by the customer

  • Any items used, washed, worn, or not in original condition

Return Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
