Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

LOST PARCELS
After your parcel has been handed over to our delivery partners, it becomes their responsibility. EternalDeen will not be held liable for any lost packages if valid proof of delivery has been provided.
If your order appears to be missing, we’ll contact the courier on your behalf and assist with any necessary investigations or compensation claims, depending on the situation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities, are not included in the order total, and must be paid by the recipient for the parcel to be released. EternalDeen has no control over these fees.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your address and contact details are entered correctly before completing your order.
If your address is valid but incorrect, we cannot guarantee retrieval of the parcel once it’s delivered.
Should the address be invalid, the parcel will be returned to us by the courier.
For international shipments, parcels with incorrect or incomplete addresses may take 1 to 3 months to be returned to us.
In all cases, redelivery fees will be borne by the customer.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES
For local deliveries, our couriers typically attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.
Please double-check your address and contact number to ensure successful delivery.
Orders returned due to incorrect details or failed deliveries will incur an additional redelivery charge.
EternalDeen is not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels caused by inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
